Vessel is in excellent condition for her age according to owner.
3rd Owner. Maintenance records available. A lot of boat for the size. Vessel has a hot and cold shower and lots of storage. Vessel is also very dependable and versatile according to her current owner. Owner is selling because he is looking to downsize.
OWNER NOTES:
The boat runs great. We can stay on the hook for at least four days and have plenty of water, batteries and holding tank capacity.
I replaced both the starting and house batteries, VHF radio and antenna. This year I replaced the pressure switch on the fresh water pump and the engine hour meter. I have also added 80' of chain to the anchor rode for a total of 100'. This boat won't go anywhere when anchored!
We love the boat, however, we are getting too old for a boat this size.
